собсно вариант - в talent.dbc на сервере нет тех ID талантов, что есть у клиента, что считается у клиента выученным (хз каким образом, мб баг где-то?)
Копать в сторону дерева талантов. Каким образом копать - открываем talent.dbc на сервере, на клиенте, открываем код и логично прогоняем оба значения (руками + головой). Через хендлер тоже. Ну и пишем патч.
